Each project and client is unique! During our first session, you will receive an estimate for project length and receive a simple contract to review and sign.
Pricing
- By-the-hour (3 hour minimum per session): $150/hour
- 6-hour package: $850 (5% discount)
- 12-hour package: $1600 (10% discount)
Organizing Supplies, Disposal and Donations, and Other Details
For organizational products (bins, baskets, boxes, etc.) the client is responsible to reimburse Illuminated Clarity for the additional fees incurred or to buy the products themselves. There is a flat fee of $50 per hour for any requested shopping time.
For items leaving the space, all disposal provided onsite is included in the hourly rate. For items Illuminated Clarity removes from the site (donates, recycles, repurposes, disposes of, etc.) a fee of $100 per location will be charged to cover time and mileage. We can recommend a variety of donation resources to fit your needs.
While some cleaning/disinfecting is a part of professional organizing, traditional cleaning services are NOT provided with any package.
